Manager and consultant with more than 10 years of experience mainly in banking, finance and company management. In a banking enviroment he led the call center team, worked on projects leading to the improvement of existing processes and participated on international projects for increasing client satisfaction. He also held the positions of business director and managing director for companies dealing with quality control, human resource and agency employment. His focus is mainly on the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, performance processes consulting and financial management.
PETRA ZAHRADKOVA
Manager and consultant with more than 14 years of experience mainly in banking, insurance, logistics and quality control. In two different banking institutions, she participated on the development, methodology creation and implementation of CRM for individual banking. She managed sales teams in the B2C and B2B and she also managed and develop banking product as a product manager. Her focus is largely to execute and start cooperation with new business partners, business relationship management, methodical processes consulting, office management and marketing.
